Working with me starts with an initial phone call where we can set up your first appointment to begin your assessment. Over the next two to three appointments, we will complete your assessment and determine your initial therapy goals. Don’t worry about getting those goals “just right” at this point in therapy. You may find that your goals change as we work together, and we can adjust them at any time.

Options for therapy include telehealth and walking therapy. If you are interested in walking therapy, we will meet in a local park where we can walk and talk. I am licensed to see clients in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
