I’m not able to provide emergency or after-hours crisis support, and I may not see calls, texts or emails right away. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself:

Accessibility
I want therapy to be accessible to everyone. My office at 5200 Willson Road, Suite 440, Edina, MN 55424 is in an accessible building, with an accessible parking lot, an elevator, and accessible restrooms.
Finding my office: Take the elevator to the fourth floor and follow the signs to Suite 440. The suite numbers in this building don’t run in a logical order, so the signs are more reliable than the numbers. If reading signs is difficult for you, let me know before your first visit and I’ll give you step-by-step directions or meet you at the elevator.
If you’d prefer not to come in person, telehealth (video) sessions are available, and walk-and-talk sessions can be adapted to your pace and mobility.
If you need an accommodation, such as captioning during video sessions, written materials in large print or another format, extra time, or a different way of communicating, just let me know when you reach out. You never need to explain why.
