Cancelation Policy:
Late cancel: $75 or your sliding scale session fee, whichever is smaller (also applies to those using insurance)
No show: $150 or your sliding scale session fee, whichever is smaller (also applies to those using insurance)
Missed Appointment Policy:
If you fail to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you are responsible for an out-of-pocket fee unless you are able to reschedule the same week based on my availability. Actual emergencies that prevent you from contacting me are excluded from this policy. I am flexible with sudden-onset illness. This cancellation policy allows me to offer your timeslot to another person if you are unable to come to your appointment. Once in a while, I may have to cancel our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I understand that life happens and also believe that keeping commitments is really important when possible.
Fees:
- Individual Intake/Diagnostic Assessment: $275.00
- Individual Therapy Session: $225.00
- Couples Intake/Diagnostic Assessment: $300.00
- Couples Therapy Session: $250.00
